Back in the early 1980 's finding quality packaging in the market was a big challenge . There were many unprofessional companies out there who only manufactured conventional packaging and had no vision of the future and an idea to help customers with their packaging problems . The concept of Strategic partners never existed in the packaging market.
Our founders Mr Raju Jacob and Mrs Annamma Zachariah both from a traditional family of saw millers decided to change the way the market looks at packaging . Our company was founded in the year 1982 , with the sole intention of provide quality innovative packaging on time to the customers at the most optimal prices . With Innovation and Optimisation at the heart , they went ahead and started to capture the market and changing the view of packaging in the minds of their clients . Overtime through the word of mouth and with a handful of happy customers Starline started its growth and capture of market share and today has become The Leading solution provider in South India
The mission of the company has never changed since then , TO Provide the customers with the Right product , first time ,on time and every time .
Today , the second generation of entrepreneurs have joined in to give the company a new view and an edge technologically .
Mr Santhosh Mathew added the attitude of No Satisfaction at Starline with out Customer Satisfaction .
After him , Mr Allen Jacob a BE Mechanical graduate who has further done specialisations in Packaging from Indian Institute of Packaging and is also an Alumni from Indian
Institute of Management ,Bangalore (among the top 30 schools of business in the world).
With them in the core team , Starline changed its face both internally and externally .With implementation of many quality tools and systems today the quality of product and services from Starline are just world class . A continuous addition in the technological front has for ever been the policy of Starline and the Next Gen has only made this reality even more advanced .
